We have developed software for schools and colleges to use to submit data to us called the Alps Data Collection Software (ADCS).

The ADCS has been written to be simple and quick to use, and if you use SIMS or SERCO management systems you can upload the data we require in a matter of minutes. If you do not use either of these systems, the ADCS acts like excel so you can cut and paste data into the cells.

Benefits of the ADCS

• Quick turn around of reports because the data is in the format that we require
• The software allows you to process internal reports immediately
• The ADCS can be used to generate Alps targets grades
• The ADCS can be used to submit mid year Monitoring report data

When you submit data to us please confirm which reports you require.

We will process the reports on receipt of the data and aim to process them within 8 working days of receipt of data. If we have any issues with the data we will contact the person who submitted the data.

The single Alps Data Collection Software (ADCS) is used for three tasks.

1) Submitting end of year Results Data – user guide
2) Generating Target Grades (You do not need to send any data to Alps) – user guide
3) Submitting Mid Year Monitoring Grades (new for 2011/12) – user guide
