New - Mid Year Monitoring reports

We are pleased to be able to offer schools and colleges the opportunity to receive Alps Monitoring reports. Orders are coming in fast and the first report for 2011 will be sent out just before October half term.

These reports provide an exciting opportunity to see how your school or college's Alps report might look if students achieve the grades forecast by their teachers. It is an essential tool for reviewing progress across the institution while there is there still time to make a difference. For further information please see our Monitoring Report Page.

Alps Reports - it is not too late!

You can still send us your 2011 results for a report for last summer. We find that if you are intending to take a 2012 report for the first time, having last year’s report within your school or college during the summer term means that you can hit the ground running in August as your staff will already be familiar with the format.

If you would like Alps reports for 2011 we ask that you use the 2011 Alps Data Collection Software ("ADCS") to send in your data Please see the user guide which gives full instructions on how to collect and send the data to us. The ADCS has been developed to make data collection as simple and useful as possible. If you are a SIMS or Facility user you will be able to import the data from your management system. Otherwise you can manually input the data/copy and paste from Excel.
We aim to send your reports to you within 8 working days of receipt of the data. We have a dedicated team available to answer any educational or data queries from 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday or you can contact us via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We offer Alps A level, AS level, BTEC National, gender, ethnicity, consortia, partnership and local authority level reports.
