- Toby Ahern – Deputy Chief Executive
Before joining Alps, Toby worked for Chime Group as Director of Studio 102, and before that worked as a marketing manager at Sainsbury's and Safeway. Toby's key responsibility is to ensure the continued national spread of Alps through commercial strategies, marketing awareness and the continuation of Alps as the nations leading educational value-added brand.

- Simon Conway – Alps data, statistics and IT director
Before joining Alps Simon worked as a qualified optician. Simon's key responsibility is to ensure the statistical robustness of all Alps data and to develop strategies to improve the ease of use and clarity of message contained within the Alps reports and training.

- Mary Ahern – Alps finance and legal director
Before joining Alps, Mary worked as a commercial property lawyer for CMS Cameron McKenna in London. Mary is responsible for financial and legal matters as well as the overall admninistration of the company.

- Julie Johnson – Alps administrator
Julie co–ordinates Alps data collection, report production and training. Ensuring the smooth traffic and efficient production of Alps reports within 10 days of receipt of data. In 2006, 500 schools and colleges received their Alps reports before the end of September. Over 1200 delegates attended Alps training sessions in 2005/2006.
